The Boys Lacrosse Code of Conduct and related Waivers are located on our Team Snap page as part of the registration process. In addition to the normal acknowledgement of our Code of Conduct and Participant Waiver, we are also asking for an acknowledgement of a COVID-19 Waiver as well.
