Equipment Information:
Lacrosse Stick: Make sure you purchase a men’s lacrosse stick.
Helmet: All players must wear a helmet at practices and games.
Pads: Lacrosse is a contact sport. All players are required to wear:
- Shoulder/chest pads
- Elbow pads
- Protective gloves
- Athletic cup
Mouth Guard: All players must wear a mouth guard at practices and games. Players will not be allowed to participate unless a mouth guard is worn.
Cleats / Turf Shoes: All players must wear cleats to practice and at games. Turf shoes can be worn for games on turf.
Athletic Cup: All players must wear an athletic cup during practices and games. Lacrosse is a contact sport.
